- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- Combine sugar and water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring the sugar until it dissolves.
- Turn off heat and add the citrus juice.
- Allow to cool before using.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.
- You can also make this by using an electric kettle and pouring the boiled water over the sugar in a heat-safe bowl, stirring until it dissolves. Then add in the citrus.
